Delivery & Returns
Delivery times vary (between 14-28) depending on products and availability. If you have an urgent requirement, please contact us before purchase and we will try our best to meet your requested date.
All our roll cages will be shipped on a pallet and delivery charge is per pallet per roll cage. Dimension of the package will be approximately 1500mm length x 1200mm width x 1000mm high. The weight for a full roll cage is approximately 50kg and half cage is approximately 30kg.

For small items we may offer free delivery. This service is an economy service provided by our preferred couriers. This service has no guaranteed delivery times or dates. The courier may not require a signature for the delivery and could leave this in a safe place in line with the courier’s own terms and conditions. Once we have proof of delivery from the courier with or without a signature, the contract is complete and a non-delivery claims cannot be accepted or processed. If you require an upgraded delivery service, please contact us in advance.
Any delivery time or date given by the Invicta Motorsport is an estimate only and not a term of the contract. Please make sure you have checked the delivery specific details online or contact us in advance. The company shall not be liable for any loss or damage in respect of any delay in the delivery howsoever arising. If at the time of order, the goods are not immediately available for delivery the company shall deliver the goods when they become available, unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer at the time of order.
Returns
Goods which prove unsuitable may be returned for refund or exchange if they are returned to Invicta Motorsport within 7 days of receipt. Subject to the following conditions:
- Items should be returned unused, in their original condition and have not been fitted or tampered with in order to secure a refund.
- Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition.
- Items returned after 7 days from receipt may be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 15 per cent. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
- All returns are to be accompanied by the sender’s name and address, invoice number, and reason for return. Please help us to help you.
- All carriage costs relating to returned products are to be borne by the customer.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, please retain your proof of postage etc., you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
- Invicta Motorsport is not responsible for any labour charges incurred during fitment or removal of allegedly faulty (or incorrectly supplied) parts.
- Please advise our Sales team of any problems with shortages or carrier damage within 5 days of receipt. We regret that beyond this time, due to circumstances beyond our control we may be unable to process your claim.
- All products are made to order so please allow at least 10 working days before querying delivery.
- All Bespoke Services require 50% deposit to secure bookings, 25% of this deposit is non-refundable.
