All of our custom roll cages at Invicta Motorsport are built to comply with MSUK regulations.

We have a range of generic designs shown below to give you an idea on costings, each design will be tailor made for your car. They can be adjusted or tweaked to suit your needs, including additional members. Please note these prices are RRP and may vary slightly depending on the car.

ROPT510 (Roll Over Protection Tube 510)

All our cages are made from ROPT510, it is a high tensile CDS tube designed specifically for use in roll cages and is FIA/Motorsport UK Approved.

This is a grade designed by ProFormance Metals for the use in roll cages, chassis, suspension components and general engineering where MSA regulations need to be met. It offers:

Tensile Strength: 510 N/mm2 minimum
0.2% Yield Strength: 370 N/mm2 minimum
Elongation: 25% minimum.

These figures exceed the minimum regulations set by the MSA and the tube has been approved by the FIA, being used in their crash tests. This carbon-based tube eliminates the use of multiple Cold Drawn Seamless (CDS) tubes within a cage. The options available from a generic steel stockholder will supply tubes designed to bend but not have the required strength set by the MSA or other grades meeting minimum strength, which may cause problems when bending due to low elongation figures.

The ROPT510 carries both strength and formability. Not only does this allow for ease of manufacture into a custom roll cage, but also helps absorb impact forces when involved in a rollover or contact.

We offer two sizes of tube on all our roll cages, 44.45mm for all mandatory members and any optional members can be 38mm or 44.45mm.

HALF CAGE FROM £450

Our half cages are designed to be an ideal option for general track day use without being too intrusive. All half cages can be designed in a multitude of ways depending on budget.

6 POINT FROM £950

Our 6-point roll cages are designed to target the club level racers or the serious track day enthusiast. We always endeavour to ensure a great fit and adhere to all MSUK regulations. Extra members can be added including extra door bars.

6 POINT WITH X BAR FROM £1100

Our 6-point roll cage with added X bar is a very common upgrade to the standard 6-point roll cage, it adds more protection which is perfect for serious track day users and meets all MSUK regulations.

MULTIPOINT FROM £1850

Our Multipoint roll cage is perfect for those wanting the extra protection over the standard 6-point roll cage. As standard we include X door bars, a dash bar and tied into the front suspension towers. This cage will meet all MSUK regulations.
